A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (abbreviated as AFYCSO) is the debut studio album by American rock band Panic! at the Disco. It was released on September 27, 2005, through DCD2 and Fueled by Ramen.

In an interview, Spencer Smith discussed the album's artwork, and how their limited budget effected the final outcome:
"We had pictures where the upper halves may be, like, some picture in black and white of some lady from the 50s, and the legs under the table that go with her body are some supermodel’s high quality photo. Just kind of, like, two different halves that are completely different. And if you see any of these peoples' faces on billboards or websites, it’s because we were going to use pictures that we found in magazines, but then we would’ve gotten sued for that, so we had to use pictures off websites that you can legally use."[1]
